jbsl
My son and I watched this one tonight. Great use of color in this film. Story line was kinda predictable IMO. Not sure I will want to watch this again but my son who is 5 loved it. It was an overall fun movie to watch. Not the greatest plot wise and it is a silly movie but for showing off your system it is great!!
derrickdj1
As good if not better than the 1st one. I think the Expendables II is one of the first movies in 9 channels. The first one was pretty good.
ivanhurd
^^^According to the back of the DVD, it's 7.1 that's 'optimized' for 11.1.
derrickdj1
I don't have DTS Neo X, is Hollywood in with avr and speaker companies to make us spend more money? (lol)
ivanhurd
Ha, maybe. I think that movie theaters are getting more advanced with their sound as well.

odysseyrevolver
Ha, maybe. I think that movie theaters are getting more advanced with their sound as well. I recently read about Dolby's new 64 speaker theater technology. Apparently The Hobbit employs it. I believe it's called Atmos.
