Marshall's excellent season is noteworthy, but losing 67 - 66 to the Hilltoppers can only hint at the carnage that would have been inflicted by upon the Thundering Herd by Alabama, FSU or the rest of the CFP top 20.

In other news, TCU looks like they belong in the top 4. I want to see Alabama vs Fl St somewhere in all that.

Not quite sure I agree.  WKU was 3rd in the country passing and 6th in scoring, and I feared they might give MU a tough game, which they did.  Their decision to go for 2 in OT after both teams scored TD's was gutsy, I tip my hat to the coach.

 

I do of course agree Marshall would have had a tough time with Ala, FSU or the other top tier teams, but I would like to see how they would compare to an SEC team, or maybe Pac 12 or Big 12.

Some of you guys know your college football a lot better than I do, but I just read that Mizzou (10-2) knocked off Arkansas is touted as a spoiler in the SEC and will be a 'spoiler' in their conference. Should be headed to a bowl game too, I'd guess.
