Gilbert.....do you still live in Texas? I moved there about 1.5 years ago, and it didn't take long to realize how serious HVAC is down here. AC is as important here as heat is up north. I'm impressed how well everyone's AC works down here. Good luck with your search, might need someone familiar with the systems down here for a complete assessment on what's happening.

Acoustic, electric? Lots of choices. What's your budget? Epiphone makes a wonderful guitar for the money. Fender Squire is a great deal. Ibanez, Washburn, Yamaha? Are you wanting something new, or would you consider used? Facebook Marketplace has some pretty good deals, even your local pawn shop can have some wonderful deals.

That's would be an excellent price for a those speakers in very good condition. ($850 US) currently.
