Wooden workbenches with a shelf.. We will use a piece of good plywood for the countertop. This is what she wants .... and I a quite fine with it. I would have it set up like a commercial kitchen [all stainless], if left to my likes. This is a wooden compromise. I remember some recommendations a while back in regards t ok grinders.
