alexg5775
I would have to say my macbook. Had it for about 6 years, use it at least 1 hour a day. Works like a champ. Alex

finallygotmyheresies
My old girlfriend's Macbook Air cost me $1200 but 4 years later it's still working like new. None of my 3 previous laptops even lasted 2 years. Apple PCs, laptops, tablets, iPods and phones just plain work. I haven't needed servicing done to any of these products since I started using them in 2009.

Thaddeus Smith
IBM T43 laptop, plus dock which I used for about 2-3 years. Which I later traded for a Marantz SR8001 and used for about 1.5 years. Which I later traded (plus a Carver M-1.0t) for a Denon 3808-CI which I used for about 4 years. Which I later sold with my RF-5's/RC-7 for cash + KP-201's to take care of some living expenses while my wife went on unexpected maternity leave and buy a factory refurb Onkyo TX-NR1010. I think that's some pretty good amortization.
