jacksonbart
I drink the Cam Kool aid, cause he is a great Quarterback and leader of the Panthers. I am not a Carolina fan by any means nor did I watch him more than a few times in college, but he is talented and I don't find his passion/swagger for playing the game anyway distracting from his results. Anyone remember the 1986 Chicago Bears' Jim McMahon...?? He not as smart or as talented as Cam, but he has swagger and so did the team. But they were way worse but where popular back in the day. I like Cam. I like Manning, but I think the Panthers will beat the Broncos easily in SB 50. http://www.ebaumsworld.com/video/watch/10098/ Edited January 25, 2016 by jacksonbart
mike stehr
I was in downtown Charlotte the day they announced the Carolina Panthers and the Charlotte Hornets. October of 1993 I'm pretty sure... So to me it would be kinda cool for the Panthers to win the SB. Seahags blew their chance, and I hate the Denver Broncos.

JL Sargent
Well, it certainly has Panthers written all over it. That said, it would be pretty cool for Peyton and the Broncos to win it. Then the sheriff could ride off into the sunset. My guess is Panthers win it 28-14.
JJkizak
This could be one of those "David and Goliath" match-ups. JJK
CECAA850
First and foremost, I think the Panthers are a better team. On the other hand, I'd like to see Peyton ride off into the sunset with a win. Cam will have plenty more chances.
JL Sargent
This could be one of those "David and Goliath" match-ups. I'm hoping for a well played close game. Not the Panthers beating down the Broncos 31-0 in the first half which I suspect could happen.
ChuckAb3
Defense wins playoff games and Super Bowls. Go Broncos!!
Deang
You lose a guy because you have to shadow Cam. He chews through defenses that play zone, whether tight or loose - and you can't over utilize the blitz. Blitzing has been generally unsuccessful against that o-line anyways. I see a long day for Denver.
willland
Defense wins playoff games and Super Bowls. Go Broncos!! The Broncos just need to outscore the Panthers and believe me, the Panthers are going to score points. Bill
gary p
Peyton all the way. Go broncos. Cam is a punk. He could use a humbling experience by someone who has earned his respect in the league.
babadono
Defense wins Championships.(That's what the SuperBlow is right?) If Wade has his ducks in a row and his players execute like they did against the Pats, it could be very exciting. Otherwise its a Panther SuperBlowout. JL Sargent
Otherwise its a Panther SuperBlowout Alright! Word creating going on. I like it. Cam is a punk? I don't know but I can say that nobody looks to be having more fun than Cam and nobody gives away more footballs! No swirling HGH allegations surrounding him either. +s and -s to each QB I guess. It is obvious Cam is charitable but he plays for the camera more than I can bare. Narcissism to the tenth power. But, he is a physical freak of nature like another Auburn player many of us had the pleasure of watching for a limited time. Bill
oldtimer
A great Raider for sure. Thanks for a good post.
oldtimer
"Prior to the game Seahawks linebacker Brian Bosworth insulted Jackson and promised in a media event before the game to contain Jackson. Jackson responded by running over Bosworth on his way to a touchdown near the goal line. He also made a 91-yard run in the 2nd quarter, to the outside, untouched down the sideline. Jackson was running so fast that his momentum carried him into the tunnel leading to the locker rooms and his teammates had to retrieve him. Jackson rushed for 221 yards that night and two touchdowns. He added a third with a reception. The 221 yards was a single-game record for the Raiders until it was broken in 1997, when Napoleon Kaufman rushed for 227 yards in a win over Denver." (Wikipedia) There. I managed to get Jackson and a Denver loss in the same post. Sweet.
JL Sargent
LOVED to watch Bo carry the football. Then he started breaking bats over his knee. Supposedly still holds the record for fastest 40 at the combines ever. I was active Air Force sitting in a little bar off base (Denver Co) eating hot wings and drinking Coronas the night Bo ran over Bosworth for a TD. I'll never forget it.
joshnich
I just learned that I have scored tickets to the game. Should be interesting. I have been to one other superbowl that being at Stanford in 85. I think that this will be a little different. Stanford stadium had wooden benches, no luxury suites and outhouses. At least the niners were playing which doesnt appear to be happening again anytime soon!
