pzannucci
I like that, good bye Ti for the mid. Hopefully poly sounds as good as phenolic.
glens
Which is it? A three-way design using horn-loaded Titanium diaphragm midrange and high-frequency compression drivers All-new K-702 midrange compression driver, featuring a polyimide diaphragm, for exceptional detail

glens
Okay, so either no proofreading or the editing done by someone with little-to-no knowledge of the actual products.

angelaudio
It would be really nice to hear some user reviews and videos on the new Heresy IV. Seems like the new improvements may be quite a nice alteration but it's so new at this point.
JGT914
Getting it to market so late in the year likely will crimp holiday sales. I fear the price will lead to them eventually being sold out of the backs of trucks or warehouse doors as seconds or blems, the way the H3 glut was managed. I guess it's nice to refresh but selling at 3K i think bumps up against the limit of what consumers beyond the faithful will pay. Some say you will still need a sub to get the full range. Not sure what is gained is worth the outlay.

billybob
Think I get that about the height, etc on the IV, but a couple of pics show them sitting flat on the floor, or just appear to be. Read where the base is angled 5 degrees back. Just wondering...

Somebody with a frequency sweep and H IVs should be able to tell what that tuning is by when the woofer movement appears to stop (or shall say minimum motion).
billybob
I would venture to say that the 2 functions, that of releiving cabinet pressure and tuning frequency are inseparable and dependent upon the other. Subtle point taken and clear ...thanks
