I’m  out.  The urological issues that put me in are somewhat under control; to be further addressed on an outpatient basis.  Thanks to the efforts of the attending, I was able to get Pfizer 2 prior to discharge,  which I missed yesterday due to hospitalization.

The kind thoughts and words are very much appreciated.

2nd that...

----------------------------

I guess I'm taking the kid to the lake [wife volunteered me].... if I can take the boat. We're gonna play pirates and maybe a little fishing. The fishing has been slow, so we may be doing more pirating than fishing. It will be interesting. I don't know that her dad has actually had her fishing.

2 reasons for wanting the boat.... I can't keep up with the kid on a hike

and

with the warm weather [80`+] there may be reptiles sunning.  Don't run into them often... I purposely make a lot of noise to give them advance of my approach... but, that doesn't mean I still don't encounter them once in a while. Not so worried about the odd Gila Monster... I really do not like that the last snake I saw was a Mojave Rattlesnake.  They're ill tempered and are highly venomous even for a rattlesnake.

Damn son. Whatever happened to PBJ for lunch? In a plaid lunchbox of course -

Gia refuses to eat pb&j ... or the school lunch...

now with hybrid learning she's home 3 days a week and 2 at school ..

I just feel sorry for the boys that try to date or impress her..

I taught her to tell them talk to the hand fairy boy.. and laugh at them..

Of course my comment was more tongue-in-cheek  - and a bit of jealousy for good measure—

@DizRotus glad you're out. That scary c word haunts me unless I remember I'm drinking at minimum three 16oz glasses of water a day for the past year or so even if forced!

@Sancho Panza get well soon and hope they find a simple issue to deal with successfully!

@dirtmudd ... Man you're a good Italian, or whoever I've known that puts others before themselves. Cant cook like you today, but Louisa's is still around...

They were swamped and the toppings aren't perfectly laid out, never mind that though.

The fresh dough they use, that huge brick oven, their homemade sauce plus my perfect together four ingredients. Sausage & Mushrooms + Pepperoni & Black Olives.

Their 17" is almost as big as the large we could get in the early 80s.
