Yes, research results are also getting great stats with alcoholics and psylocibin, drug therapy.

Even DMT is getting an overhaul in the lab for therapies. Depression a big market along with addiction. Plenty online about. May have seen where mushroom legal in Oregon, IIRC: https://www-cbsnews-com.cdn.ampproject.org/v/s/www.cbsnews.com/amp/news/psilocybin-magic-mushroom-guides-oregon/?     ...

How big do "corner wings"/ false corners need to be before you get the corner loading effect?

so many Klipscher´s  here and nobody answers to you ..😂 I suppose you´re talking from you La Scala Speakers ?

If so ,what I don´t know ..so in case that you meant that ...

Well..let´s tak about False Corners

If proper corners are not available in your listening room, false
corners can be constructed to yield bass performance similar
to a full corner and also allow for some adjustment of toe-in if
desired. Start with a 2’ x 4’ framework as shown in Figure 3.
Klipsch recommends using standard 4 foot wide sheets of
3/4” plywood securely glued and nailed to the framework. The
backside may be covered with a thinner material such as
3/16” masonite or 1/2” plywood. Paint to match wall color, or
finish with a laminate or other material. (See Figure 3.) In the
case of very wide spacing, a false corner can be employed on
one of the Klipschorns to reduce the distance between speak-
ers. Another solution to widely spaced Klipschorn loudspeakers
in an audio only system is the addition of a center speaker
such as the La Scala to create a three-speaker stereo array

That’s what it feels like once the shimmervision™️ goes away.

Man did you jinx me? Got to work and experienced a mild one. Full on visuals but pain was easy enough to deal with. An industrial strength Naproxen took the edge off. Man I wish they'd have stayed away. I went for oh maybe 7-8 years w/o one. And then about 5 years ago they came back. I haven't experienced any of those dark room no noise and try to sleep it off monsters in 20+ years. But it was nice to have forgotten about them for awhile.

thanx @MicroMara

yes they are for the LS. The room dimensions are 12 feet X 25 feet ... with the speakers on the long wall 6 feet from the corners.... with some serious toe in.

If I am looking at the diagrams you posted correctly, the false corner doesn't need to extend too far beyond the LF section to work

Yes , that´s the way it is !

No headaches here.  I got rid of mine.  :)

the acoustics of this room are not very good. When I took the R15M's from this room to the doghouse, a 12 X 12 room, the bass came out big

I bet it's an open floor plan with high ceilings? If so, the absolute worst room for an audio system.

We may get to 90 on the weekend. Beautiful day today.

My wife use to get terrible migraines every month, which turned out to be her monthly cycle. She still gets some bad headaches, but not like before.

The last summer I lived in Banner Elk, NC I think the high temp was 82°.

That was at around 3750 feet above sea level.

We are only around 2600 feet now and just slightly further south.
