Interesting, I eat unsalted pistachios every day after dinner. at about 6:30 but do not go to sleep until about 11:30. I wake when I have a bunch of work and sleep well when I am caught up on all of my files. Also try exercising. That worked for my wife, someone gave her one once when in Arkansas, she was shocked how well it made here sleep.
