Interesting, I eat unsalted pistachios every day after dinner.  at about 6:30 but do not go to sleep until about 11:30. 

 

I wake when I have a bunch of work and sleep well when I am caught up on all of my files.  Also try exercising. 

 

The bong hit (and booze) are not good as they disrupt deep sleep patterns.

That worked for my wife, someone gave her one once when in Arkansas, she was shocked how well it made here sleep. Can't buy them here so she only tried it that one time, and she can't smoke with her breathing problems.

Ha! This time change has our household all out of whack. Tried this last night and she zonked right out while I was up another two hours before finally crashing back asleep a mere hour before the alarm was set to go off.
