Some home owners along the river built these rock formations, as the water level is low this time of the year. "Teton" is the French word for "***", and it's still in everyday use. "Breasts" have a quite different word, "Seins". The resemblance is a bit hard to see, for me anyway. Some people did this in the Cleveland Metroparks System and they pitched a royal fit about it because it was disturbing some kind of water salamander.
