Wardsweb
Beautiful day in the neighborhood. The sky is blue, the sun is shinning and it was 64 when I drove into work. The projected high is 76. Nice fall conditions.
The Dude
Morning gang finishing up a five day weekend here. Its been packed and now i need to take a day and recoup. As you know Thursday and friday i took car3 of some stuff with the jeep. Saturday we went camping one last time and winterize the camper. Yesterday my sons football team won their first game, which allows them to advance in the playoffs. My daughter finished her soccer game with a loss. Then to top the night off i went and seen Superjoint Ritual with Danzing. I will say at 60 Glen is looking a bit old and pudgy, but he still had what it takes to rock out. Will the house is 66 degrees, s ok i think its time to clean the furnace and fire it up. That is my mission after breakfast and coffee, then i will finish the day out with home work and class tonight. Have a good one everybody. JL Sargent
JL ... nice shot ot the yard. You have some leaves to contend with, eh? I run over them with the mower a few times and that helps to shrink the load quite a bit.

Is there anything that tastes good that does not cause cancer ? I have a poll question ?? How can one definitively say anything causes cancer when they obviously DONT know everything about the disease ? There test subjects may have other pre determined genetics that cause the disease when mixed with Bacon IMHO If you cant CURE the Disease then you obviously cant know everything there is to know I have known people in ther 80's - 90's that ate Bacon thier whole lives why didnt they get cancer ?? I think this is a plot by ASPCA to save the swine..................
xxJPMxx
They should reword their statement is all. Carcinogens increase risk of cancer not cause it from what I remember. It has been known for a while now that smoked meats are carcinogenic.
Nismo
I'm not too worried about it. Who knows.... by tomorrow we might not be able to "read" anything, while drinking coffee & eating our bacon.

JL Sargent
If they cut off the net for a few days I might consider that a favor.
