You're in Lexington (which I might be coming through next month) If you ever find yourself in the Cincinnati area, head just a touch further north and try out a Chesters Pizza on Rt 4 in Hamilton/Fairfield http://places.singleplatform.com/chesters-pizzeria/menu They've never done much on the internet (once had a nice web site, then gone...later a generic photo & menu and now seems to be gone) None the less, I grew up on the stuff and when I make my pizza's here at home, I just strive to replicate them (and never do so am consistently let down with my creations) However, when I go there, I always get an extra one or two and bring those back....AND.... grab a quart or so of their sauce. I already know where they get their cheese so I'm just a crust away. Heck, I should just break down and ask them about buying their recipe and build my own place down here!!
