I read the same ad you did, that went right over my head. I read what I expected to see. It always amazes me people want thousands, $2800 in this case for their 40 year-old speakers yet can't provide more than one pic, no serial number info, nothing. Yet still, someone will probably buy them. I'm assuming those are Khorns from the late 70's with Type AA XO's in good shape. The average price by my spreadsheet would be $2114.

Pot keeps good on the woodstove... in living room. been out of sorts lately. Getting my snarl on for winter. SAD gets me. 12 hr of dark is about as much as I can handle.... The cold is just re-enforcement to my feeling bad.

Beware many of the Black Friday electronics. There's been some scoop on that which says you might be getting the worst of the worst the factory has to offer in order to get those unbelievable prices. PS - It happened to me once with a TV.

You're right. I'm such a cheap arse I'm waiting for the price to drop a hundred bucks for Black Friday. Until then I have to go with my 22" TV's. No emoticons in your honor.

Very nice, you must at times just go sit out in the yard thinking how lucky you are to have a view like that. I know luck never had anything to do with the price but even at any price most do not have a view like that.

You have to be really careful buying on Black Friday. Many times tv/camera/PC/tool makers will put out special items for door busters. They look very similar to the normal items but will have less features. Tools may have smaller batteries, PC's have less RAM, TV's lose options etc. Be sure you compare apples to apples and double check item numbers. Manufacturers have gotten really good at this game.
