Just ordered 4 quad sets of these, damn the Primaluna dialogue hp power amplifiers needed 16 of these tubes 

 

I'm hoping they will be a huge improvement over the standard PL EL34's

I replaced my 8 el 34s last year with kt150s and it was a dramatic change for the better for my ears with my PL evo 400. I recently replaced my Forte 1s with Forte IVs and i am extremely happy with how my system synergy sounds now.

OK; could not resist   Bought a "new in box" Xilica XP-2040 as (almost) everyone here highly recommends these.

 

So, went to Xilica's website and NO INFO on any of these XD/XP models   Haha; discontinued

Emile, download XConsole to control it by lap top or computer, f that front panel control. It'll make you crazy and old before yor time
