I don't really care about cyberspace, but jail is a different story.

Did I tell you the story about  smoking a joint accidental on the steps of the FBI building in DC at 3 in the morning, oh wait I never had a drink yet.........

None to be told before a few drinks however.

That just doesn't seem right somehow.

Never been accused of being quite right.

I thought you were quite normal, but that is coming from me.

I remember getting Colombian Gold for $20 for a bagful, it must not have been weighed as it was not always the same.

Probably just a handful shoved in a baggie and lots of seeds and stems to root out.

Girl scout cookies are much better.  :)

Just read this thread right through for the 1st time.

Here is an interesting report by Washington State with stats from their legalization of recreational cannabis:

Here is an interesting video on the Israeli scientist (chemist) who in the mid-1960's discovered THC and CBD (Dr. Raphael Mechoulam):

Dr. Mechoulam is the Israeli chemist that Dr. Sanji Ghupta discussed briefly in a CNN Documentary on Cannabis last year.

Man has been getting high off one thing or another thru the ages.  Social morals has tried to stop all sorts of drugs and booze with poor results.   Who would have thought that there would be increased driving related incidents in state that legalized pot, Duh!

Derrick,

I believe for many of their tracked statistics the opposite happened per the state's own report. DUI's down 28 percent, arrests and imprisonment numbers also way down, etc..

I was certainly not expecting DUI's to drop but rather increase.

I suspect the sale of junk food is also up.  :)
