to give you a good idea of how unobtrusive you are...I never knew you were a moderator until reading this...I just always liked your sense of fairness and evenhandedness... Thanks, Bill4 points

I got my splits and THTLP paired at work. Sounds pretty sweet. I need more separation but don't know how I'm going to achieve it; no room. I got permission from the CEO to bring the stuff in the first place and permission from a VP to use his office to stash it.4 points

Alas, no. It seems like a good thing though. Get it done by a pro with experience. I did have the ceramic tint on the glass of one of my cars, and would recommend it over the film type which never holds up.3 points

Oddly enough, ... I've actually had anarchy 25 Hz tapped horns and tuba 18 and table tuba in the same room , at different times. Anarchy TH - clean, goes low, not very efficient, not very punchy, did not bother trying for home theater Tuba 18 - clean, doesn't go as low as the Anarchy TH, but punchy and more musical / enjoyable , great for most music, .. and "passable" for HT Table Tuba - a bit muddier than either of the above, goes down to 30Hz or a bit below in room, punchy, great for music or TH , probably the most efficient If I had to build one of these again in that room, I'd pick the T18 . I have a pico-wrecker TH that I haven't tried in that room yet (although in a comparison with the Table Tuba in another room, it went as low and probably lower, was a bit less efficient . They both sounded close enough, though the Table tuba could extend higher - being a front horn)2 points

So I've been told. Fwiw, I don't think it has to do with "bad words" as you suggest but more of whom our Forum is made up of. That said, I do appreciate you being a moderator and yes you do seem fair--Thanks!2 points

Wouldn't bother me either if I didn't have a job to get out of bed for 5 days a week.2 points

Don't you have that backwards? In the fall, when switching to standard time, 0200 becomes 0100, giving you that magic EXTRA HOUR! Therefore, you are cut off. AGAIN!2 points

Geeze........ When is the sun ever going to come up?? Ok It's light out there! Been in here fighting with f'n win10. This room has navy nearly blackout type curtains in it. After the pc rebuild my rig would not go to sleep, spent time troubleshooting and it was the new RX590 graphics card.... a "refresh" of an older gpu chip that was way newer than what I had... Sent that sucker back and the primo cards were set at a very nice price `cause they are the old ones now. Now I didn't set out to, and I don't care for bling...... but I've ended up with it twice now. The mags on the new car and my pc.. I was able to adjust it to turn off the lightshow when it's asleep and be just plain ATI/AMD (DAAMIT) red though. Here's what it's like angled out from the desk (bows head & shakes side to side smiley) Not going to use the watercooler for the cpu again I think, not after the Corsair cost me hundreds in the rebuild. Anybody interested in a new factory sealed Corsair H115i Extreme Liquid CPU Cooling System?2 points

If you continue to listen in that bedroom, you aren't going to get bass below 38 Hz. It's not big enough for a wavelength that long. Just sayin.... GLWS, those are beautiful......... Shakey2 points

I used two Anarchy 25hz tapped horn (Lil' Mike) for use with my Belles. (Had to use two to keep up in a small room similar to your's). I picked that one based on size and an extreme shortage of space in the room. I put them on their side and set the Belles on top. I really like the sound and the way they blend together. BUT, I have nothing for comparison other than direct radiator subs that I did not care for when mixed with the horn woofer section of the Belle. My question is, how would these subs compare? Has anyone heard both (I think Carl has). I am just curious as I sometimes build just for the fun of it and this looks like a fun project. I am not looking for coffin size subs (yet)! Anyone?2 points

That's funny but not far off, it's been a while, we weren't quite so old then. Hey if we need to rewrite it I have some Papyrus growing, making paper from it may be a problem. I don't remember the terms or reading them but I probably just clicked right through it. I have read them since wondering why some had such a problem with it. They're not asking for much, just a few things, mostly a little courtesy and common sense and don't talk about some topics that will never be resolved. Not that there politically correct or worry about it much, (it seems) just look at some of the advertising, kind of a slap in the face of being PC. What I thought was really funny was when some said this is censorship we should be able to write anything we want. Really, you insist to have that rite when someone else is paying for it and own it, more nerve than sense at times.2 points

When we signed up the terms were still being written on papyrus...2 points

OK Bill ... I stand corrected Reading through this I was about to say something but was beaten to it. One thing I can say and any moderator can challenge this. Moderators are not asked or told to do anything like that in any way. When some people insist on continuing with some silly conspiracy theories which most would know is not true either prove it or stop being silly. To be perfectly honest we are not told anything outside of the terms everybody should have read when signing up. Also as I got to know how Klipsch works from seeing enough of it over the years, you can forget any overall weird intentions to trick people. As much as I hate to say it, it takes all there time just keeping things going and fixing things that pop up with general business operations, I doubt they could promote a good hoax if they wanted to. Honestly, it seems like it is run like a family business that grew almost faster than they can keep up with. About the only thing that bothers them a little is when people start changing parts and automatically call it an upgrade because it sounds different. This is all just my opinion from everything I have seen. And they do appreciate this form and fans and listen when they can, problem and mistake-free, of course not, like any other business, but they really do try. .2 points

(You have to say this one to people rather quick to make them think about it) A naked man walks into a Psychiatrist office wearing nothing but a pair of shorts made from clear Saran wrap. The Doctor walks in and says, "Well, I can clearly see you're (your) nuts.2 points

Let's see if I can explain it in a manner that you can grasp. Pretend that you get up at 5:30 every morning and go to bed roughly the same time every night. Your body's internal clock is programmed to these times. Once a year you have to change your wake-up time to 4:30 for some random reason. It takes week or so for your body to adjust.1 point

=== no, they didn’t see it. That’s the idea —. Have it on all my cars —1 point

Yes you have. That's the nice part. They protect but aren't obvious. The car I've brought to Hope the last 4 years or so has one. You've probably seen a bunch of them.1 point

I'd get a clear bra first. I've put them on my last 3 vehicles and they're well worth the money.1 point

Congratulations Kevinmi. You're gonna love it. I'm not sure that most people understand what retirement is really like. If you think about it, most peoples lives revolve around their jobs. Everything is scheduled around the job. Our jobs control our lives. Retirement means that all of your time is free. It just takes preparation, as Coytee said, and taking care of yourself. I worked all the time for 36 years so retirement is like NOT getting kicked in the testicles every day. Prepare yourself and be greedy, get all of it that you can. These retirement years have been the best years of my life. Keith1 point
