Ended up buying their last boxed SC-95 for $999, Hard to believe your wife lets you go in there by yourself without adult supervision. +++ You're among friends here, and we won't tell your wife, unless of course she asks. No wife here, just a girlfriend and she doesn't have any say;) I wasn't really looking to make a major purchase when I went in but the $600 off sale got me. This is my 4th Pioneer Elite SC series receiver, I really do think they are the best overall option for me. I needed HDMI 2.0a and HDCP 2.2 so once I realized the SC-95 had those 2 requirements, I pulled the trigger. I am now saving up for a 65 - 75" OLED TV, I am just waiting for the prices to come down a little. In Canada I can only treat my own cars leather interiors once, when its sufficiently hot enough outside per year.
