Was in South Beach Miami a couple years ago, they had a cool front and it was between 75 and 80 degrees, all the restaurants with outdoor seating had heat lamps going. Not the usual tinkle tinkle type chimes.... these are tuned [to a certain extent] and are much lower pitched... like church bells. when the winds blow, I get a reminder ....
