No snow but way colder than normal. This spring sucks. Coffee helps.☕👍5 points

I hate asking for help too, but you didn't ask! The wife and I sometimes take a weekend drive just to get away, do a little sightseeing. The Klipsch community is a pretty good group of people, and something like this might just work. There was a thread somewhere on here about this very subject. Might be worth a shot. See, they're 1/3 the way to AZ now4 points

The bison is from a ranch a good friend of ours owns. He is 3 and a half miles from home. As water rose he had to open the gates and let them all out. He is tagged, so he has nothing to worry about, unless he gets in someones garden, then there is going to be a problem.4 points

--- and the weather guessers would say " and you know if that were snow we'd have 270 inches". They would go on to explain the effects of 270 inches of snow, what it might cover, how much it might weigh and the obligatory reports from the local salt barn and the shelves bare of snow shovels.4 points

Cold , gray , a dusting of snow... Dismal this time of the year.. But I do have coffee ☕4 points

Folger's or a few brands are not so bad when you First Open them up. It's when they start to oxidize they get tasting bad. We're 8 O'clock bean drinkers also. If I could not get any coffee beans I'd do what you did in a one lb can. I can handle Original or Columbian Peak beans and have several stores to shop. When your Folger's start to taste funky, you'll be happy to get your beans back.4 points

are they [your friends] OK? ----------------------------------------------- I was there from '90 - '98 Was the ranch up and running before then. I remember it being new/ish. Was joking about the bbq/luau. The driftwood doesn't burn long or hot enough. Match light and burns like balsa. Makin' fun again ...3 points

That bison best get its butt inland or it will end as a beach BBQ deluxe.3 points

If you can get them to some point on I-44 west of St. Louis, I can get them to Hope in May. Maybe someone close to WillyBob will be at the Pilgrimage, and can take them from there.3 points

I remember the line from "No Country For Old Men" where the sheriff is at his father's house and pours a cup of coffee.....makes a face and ask "how old is this coffee?" Father replies "made it fresh last week".3 points

Mornin' Cold, day old Mexican in the cup. I can't say our weather is good. It's not bad in the same way as y'all are suffering. We have only gotten 2/3 our normal precip. Into RedFlag/fire season. And we have been getting wind along with 4% R/H Feeling marginally better today. I get overwhelmed once in a while. W/o going into it ... I suffer chronic pain... Most humble apologies. The county fair start this weekend. JeffersonStarship is playing. That's as good as the concert schedule gets. We used to get Santana regularly.... or LittleFeat I stopped doing the rides a LOOOOONG time ago. The Poppin'Johnnies and 4H are more my speed, now.3 points

Well that's a bummer. Maybe the Klipsch family can somehow get those speakers to you. I'm not too far from Jim, I could probably get them to St Louis. Then maybe another member can get them a little farther west. I might be worth a try.3 points

Hey Guys, I know there is not much to see, but to my surprise, the eggs have hatched already and there are two little guys in there.2 points

Hope so as well. Read the links posted and got some good info. Please let us know the fix. Thanks!2 points

Yes the humidity and the bugs are bad around here most of the time. If you carry some TOP in your wallet, you will have a paper accordion to play with. Some cool dudes round about here. Good fortune!2 points

I used to carry a pack of OCB ungummed in my wallet. Just in case. Moisture/sweat are hell on gummed papers. yeah ... does look as though them Scalas may get here You folks are too *$%@&ing nice to me. Thanx2 points

Here is a pic of the LaScala pair not long after shoehorned temporary setup. They cleaned up nice except for DIY badge misplacement from previous owner and someone left a minor burn mark from a cig or something and a couple of watermarks on top of one. Not perfect but, I can live with the bargain. 2 college guys loaded them for me and some electronics into a 2000 Volvo wagon. It was plug and play.:2 points

YEAH ... got them. Finally my KPT-904's look "professional." Cheers, Emile2 points

Punchier, actually sounds like it has more bass but probably because it's more balanced. The 30's in comparison sound a bit more flabby and not as lively. Maybe it needs a bigger room hence my comment " I'm sure the room has a lot to do with it though".2 points

I don't think anyone was thinking your post was a scam, there just aren't many of us that travel to India or can arrange shipping to India. Glad you found what you were looking for! Tim2 points

My fresh can of tobacco has new labeling Half the can is white with "This product contains nicotine. Nicotine is addictive" my gut tell me that if a person is buying rolling tobacco, they are already aware of this.2 points

I think all of the electronics are in the right speaker. That is the one that has the AC power cord and has all the controls on it. The right speaker connects to the left with a supplied cable. The Sixes have been very interesting to my customers with most asking "What the heck are those?". And after a quick listen, these customers are quite amazed by the amount of bass they hear from these very small speakers.2 points

I was looking at that. Having lived on Kauai for 8 years ... am familiar. Was telling the wife that Wainiha would get 11 inches overnight w/o major disruptions. 27 inches is EXCESSIVE rain.2 points

--- terrible spring unless you enjoy cold, 30 degrees below normal weather. Last weekends snow flurries on Saturday night had me leaving my Royals seats unoccupied and Sundays game had both managers pleading their case that you can't play ball with a 27 degree start time temperature, game was postponed. This week a bit more normal - at least its above freezing !!2 points

KLF30 will sound better than the RF7 and can sound better than the RF7 II though you need to make sure the cabinets are solid and components are good. Also to show the superiority of the KLF30 you will need a large room. Mine sit in a 20x22 ft room that is open to the rear. The room as you have likely seen elsewhere is key. If you don't have a large room and / or like more in your face highs with less presence, go for the RF7 unless you know how to tweak crossovers.2 points

Thanks for the words Ron, you have an email. I just got off the phone with AL @ALK He gave me the low down on adjusting the X-Overs, I took his advice, and cut back on toe in so the horns are less straight at me. It has made a HUGE difference in listen ability in my small room. Lyle Lovett sounds pretty damn good. I guess its a good thing the 2 interested had to back out, I wont have to feel bad about keeping them around. NO LONGER FOR SALE2 points

Good taste is very subjective. "Good" is what one likes. Plenty of gourmet food gets spat out. You can call it foi gras ... I call it LIVER and will spit it back... no matter how "good" it is to other people.2 points

I try to get out and watch them every year and I have been spritzed a few times. They haven't hit the camera yet though.2 points

Tundra swans at Freezeout Lake here in MT during the spring migration. Snow Geese too from a couple of years ago. We get over 100,000 birds here at a time during the big migration.2 points
