My first snapper, loved it...... I cooked a bunch of red snapper the last time I was in Florida. It was fresh caught that morning and sold at one of the shops near the in-laws house in Carrabelle. I think I did it broiled in the oven with a lemon glaze of some sort. Lately I tend to smoke salmon on a cedar plank with a little sea salt and black pepper and topped with some finely chopped fennel.
Jeff Matthews
I had Chilean sea bass for the first time. It tasted great! It was sweet, like crab meat.
JL Sargent
Grilled Red Snapper. It was part of a seafood platter that included the fish, scallops, oysters and shrimp. All that plus 2 hush puppies and a very nice greek salad for the tidy sum of $31.00.
wuzzzer
Had a fish fry with my wife's family a couple weeks ago. Fried up crappies, bluegill, perch, walleye and largemouth bass. Batter was egg, flour and crushed up Cool Ranch Doritos. Tasted awesome.

Peru works too. They make the best ceviche down there with Corvina...just this old man's guts can't handle it anymore. Anyway had broiled cod a week ago Friday at a tavern in RoyalOak MI. Was supposed to be Fish and Chips but my buddy said we could get it broiled instead of battered and deep fried...was quite tasty. Then Tuna this past Friday...pretty standard for us Catholics. And of course sardines at least once more probably twice a week....
