    • Go to the forums tab, the Alerts tab is next to the Garage Sale Tab.  Alerts is to inform members of gear for sale that you are not affiliated with.  Garage Sale is for gear you are selling.  Not sure what you are asking about how to include gear in your posts?
    • Really nice speakers and room set up. What model is the turntable?
    • Yes, they were in TN. In great condition. I may need a bigger house now. thanks couple quick questions: where is the "alerts" section? how do you include your gear in your posts?
    • Were these the pair in Tennessee on FB Marketplace that I posted in in the Alerts section?  Very minty!  Enjoy.
    • I have not tried to pull grills off yet. But when connected to my stereo everything seems to be working great, no doubt about it..They sounded good with a nice bass response. Made a really long drive to get these on Monday. But, been wanting a set for a while now. Nice one owner, 30 yr old, all original pair. Finish is OAK CLR. I plan on updating the crossover caps later. Already have the Crites TI tweeter diaphragms here to install. Going to just listen to them for a while though. Speakers are larger than i expected with sound too match.
    • JBL cabinets/veneer was always really good. Those look great!
    • Hi all! Hoping some gurus here can give me some advice as I’m feeling a bit lost. Doing minimal research I purchased some additional speakers to build my home theater system. I had previously bought a Marantz SR 6015, two RP 8060FAs as mains and an SPL-150. Been using that for a few years just for music. Finally getting ready to finish the system for home theater and I recently bought an additional Marantz stereo power amp to drive the mains separately. I then picked up an RP 404C II, a pair of RP 502S IIs and a pair of RP 500SA IIs. My living room is 17x24 with the TV along one of the 17 foot walls. The couch is about center of the room. I was originally thinking to place the 500SAs on the sides as surrounds and mounting the 502Ss on the back wall as rear surrounds. From reading today I guess this might not be optimal? One side of my living room is an open wall so it would be difficult to wall mount the side surrounds without them being a bit forward of the sitting position. Thinking now that I should maybe use the 502s as side surrounds mounted on stands. Then how do I use the 500SAs? As rear surrounds? Or since my 8060FAs have upfiring Atmos speakers should I use the 500s as height speakers along the back wall?   Did I buy the wrong gear? Lol   Please hit me with any suggestions you might have on how I can use this setup. Or even if I should use Crutchfields return policy to swap for some different speakers! Lol   Thanks! Brent
