I have been carefully researching the Heritage line now for close to a year. Making a decision about which product in the Heritage line to purchase has been daunting. I have owned a small pair of Klipsch that were long ago discontinued for close to twenty years. Since then, I’ve owned (or own) several pair of other non Klipsch speakers, all with their own merits. That said, the sensation I get from my old Klipsch just can’t be matched. I know a Heritage product for me will be a dream realized once I make a final choice. Perhaps it will be the LC’s, or maybe the CW’s… still researching. This thread is invaluable to me in my research and I just want to say thank you to all that have posted here. One day (soon) I hope to make the call. -

It's where I was back then at the end of a 7-year relationship that started out great. Dying from liver cirrhosis at the time, already had to quit work the Friday before the super bowl that Jan. I was back with the hard stuff for a while. One Heck-Of-A Show these guys put on. LOUD & CLEAR (except the distorted guitar bits) with every tune on their first plus more. Sully's voice sounded like this recording at the time. In a small venue to boot! -

Sounds like a good option. I found their website but am unsure what to look for. Does the SUB-12 have a plate amp? How do I tell what to use? -

Thanks for the quick responses. I think the sub-12 might have been a little overkill. I set the gain to less than half. My room is only 12' x 16', carpeted floor. I'm considering the R-101SW. Any thoughts? I'll also have to check out the replacement amps. I'd feel comfortable changing it. -

His real name was William Ferrone. From his sister: Laura Ferrone Yep Bruce, that would be my brother Bill. I picked up said speakers from a guy in Mishawaka Indiana for him. They sat in my house in Indiana for a long time time before he came to take them home. He loved those speakers. Thanks for caring to check on him. That speaks volumes about your online community. -
