    • @Dave1291 His Table is almost done. Then we'll see all the spinnin he does. He better start buying new styluses...😉
    • Wish I could hang but gotta get outside and back to work.  Temps goin waaaay up around here tomorrow.  Gotta hit the compost pile w/bush trimmings.  Ugh.
    • @dirtmudd you can stuff all that from that dude.  😂  It might be a couple hour run up to my man but look at it this way.  Yea, Imma grinnin.  You're ALL LOCO!       #1 In 1978 he spent a year in Scotland at the factory learing how to build my Linn and has the school trained shingle hangin.  Not too many of those guys around I don't think.    #2 That table had the standard pressed board bottom on it and not the trampoline bottom, which enhances the bass.  Just a 300$ add on he recommended so I put it on.  Wallet rape?  Not at all it really did enhance the bass since we both know LS needs help on the bottom end.    #3 Sure I could put on all 4 "Lingo" boxes they have for the table at about 2k each to REALLY make it dance but blah.  Find another chump.  He agreed.    #4 Whoever that turntable God is lost major points when he looked UNDER the table to take the screws out that held the base on.  My dude has NEVER looked under my table at ANYthing he's done.    New springs?  Cake.  Replaced them, pulled out the strips & checked the tolerances, said he likes to let a table sit overnight then check them again the next day but said I'd be darn close as is.  Go home!  He basically charged me for parts that day so they did make some money.   The cart?  Sure I asked everyone but he said he thought I'd really enjoy the Dynavetor 20XX so I went with it.  They made some more money on the sale but he charged me $20 to put it on.  I threw fity down and told him to buy lunch.   Now the way I see it with that table?  @oldtimer is locked in at twofity will you go twofityfive?   The ONLY place in the state of ❌ichigan I hate is Ann Arbor.  Aside from that, I love camping up North and have quite a few friends all over up there.  Been takin my lumps cause of OSU's recent losses so I''m throwin back the "cheaters" line at the boys and STILL working on converting them.   What else I gotta do anyway?  I ain't evah touchin that table.  i'd bust sumpin or it would be runnin backwards when I was done.  Simple.  Wait, running backwards?  Beatles subliminal msgs?  Hmmmm.  Find me a youtube video on that and MAYBE I'll tackle the table next time if there IS a next time.  😂   Hey @KROCK  is this where I tell him to call me and I'll play him some moosic?  😂😂
    • Good morning Youtube group and of course all the red head kids Jazzy mood today
    • This is an interesting development. Lenbrook has a number of interesting firms under their umbrella and Cheskly has a great reputation.   Thanks for bringing this to our attention.
    • ‘At about 9.45 min I would have drilled two holes in the lower shaft added a thread and used Allen screws to hold in the Din plug  that S bend on the cable is not ideal
    • DTEL has the pair he built, plus Roy's 1502 sub. I can't imagine how that sounds.
    • @Full Range EVERYthing Jordan does is amazing.  Then throw him in w/Neal Morse, Portnoy & Petrucci?  It's outta the box good schiit.  WAY outta the box and beyond amazing.  That touch of Keith Emerson & Wakeman?  Makes it even better.  Funny how he played with them in that video you posted.  He had that in a nano second he's THAT good.  He really didn't add his magic but you can take it to the bank if he likes something and plays w/it the end result will be nuts.   Here's one he cranked with Neal Morse & John Petrucci.  At Neal's lil gig in Cleveland I slipped up to that night a couple years ago during covid he told me he was gonna throw it into the setlist for me.  He played the keys and Eric picked up the slack.  Mike just cooked it.  Blah.  lol    Yea, the distance thing was crazy but I was fortunate enough to spend about 15 minutes just shooting the bull prior to the show.  Portnoy never says too much cause he just beats the h3ll outta everything.  The sleeper that night was Eric Gillette.  Keep an eye on him.  Neal actually closed the show with this and the people went ballistic.   The venue is fantastic up there.  Small and comfy, great food and drinks if you want them.  Maybe 300 ppl so perfect.  The crazy thing was I sat row 3 center and after the song he ducked down and looked at me grinning so he got the heart punch and pointy finger.  He laffed and returned it.    The next night they played Ft Wayne and I seriously thought about another 2.5 hour drive West this time instead of North East to hear them again and get to know him a bit better.  In all, it was just a couple old guys talkin schiit.  What them kids know anyway?  😂💪     Just an old Hackett song anyway.  Just the twist.   😂
    • Here is the angel of the world's desire Placed on trial To hide in shrouded alley silhouettes With cigarette coiled To strike at passing voices Dark and suspect Here is the howling ire Here is the sacred face of rendezvous In subway sour Whose grand delusions prey like intellect In lunatic minds Intent and focused on The long thin matches To light the howling fire No, no, no, no, not me Burn, I don't want to burn No, no, no, no, not me Burn, I don't want to burn No, no, no, no, not me Burn, burn, burn, burn No, no
